Natural diamonds form deep under the earth's mantle, under extreme heat and pressure, over billions of years. Lab-grown diamonds are grown above ground, in controlled labs that recreate those same conditions; no mining required, same crystal, same fire, same diamond.

Every Velouraa diamond is IGI certified, graded on the same standard used industry-wide: cut, color, clarity, and carat. Both natural and lab-grown diamonds rate a 10 on the Mohs hardness scale; equally hard, equally built to last forever. The difference is what you're paying for: a natural diamond's price reflects what it took to find and extract it. A lab-grown diamond, chemically and optically identical, costs 60–80% less.
